Our pendants are water resistant but are not waterproof so be sure to take care when exposing your fine jewelry piece to moisture.
The production time is 2-5 days (excluding weekends and holidays).
We are dispatching from Czech Republic (EU) so there could be import taxes for non-EU residents. Information for US customers: In general, packages with a value of less than US$200 will not require any duty charges. If multiple packages from the same location are received in the same day, the value will be summed and duties are owed if the value is over US$200.
Regular delivery time: EU – 3-5 working days, US – about 2 weeks.
Not intended for children under 3 as small parts may pose a choking hazard.

You have to contact us prior to returning any products.
The shipping cost is non-refundable. Buyer is always responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
To receive a refund, merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery date.
A refund will be provided within 15 working days of receipt of returned goods.
Returned goods are subject to inspection. Merchandise that has been altered or damaged (except manufacturing defect) is non-returnable.
When returning product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages.
